Access violation vulnerability in WordPress Simple Shopping Cart 5.1.3

The WordPress Simple Shopping Cart plugin for WordPress has a security issue that affects all versions up to 5.1.3. This issue is caused by a lack of randomization in a key that is controlled by the user.
