SupportFlow

SupportFlow is a web-based help desk software that allows teams to manage support tickets using a web interface. Its features include allowing agents to create/reply tickets using a web interface, customers can create tickets by sending an email or filling a web-based form, and administrators can see daily/weekly/monthly ticket statistics. Agents can also view tickets assigned to them in the admin dashboard and insert predefined replies to the tickets. SupportFlow is open source and available on Github.
