Force First and Last Name as Display Name

The Force First Last plugin hides the "Display Name" field on the WordPress Edit Profile screen and sets the display_name field to the user's first and last name or username if those fields are empty. The plugin also includes a batch process to update the display name for existing users. It is now compatible with Paid Memberships Pro, automatically setting the display name on the frontend Member Profile Edit page and updating it at membership checkout if the member's first and last name are captured.
