Input validation vulnerability in Maps Widget for Google Maps 4.24

The Maps Widget for Google Maps for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of security problem called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This means that an attacker with administrator-level access can insert malicious code into pages on the website. This code will run whenever somebody visits the page and can be used to cause harm to users. This problem only affects websites that are part of a network and those where extra security measures have been put in place. Versions of the software up to 4.24 are affected.
