Access violation vulnerability in Responsive 5.0.2

The Responsive theme for WordPress has a security issue that can allow unauthorized people to change the data on the site. This is because the function called save_footer_text_callback does not have a check to make sure the person making changes has the right permission. As a result, attackers who are not logged in can add their own HTML content to the footer of the site.
