Input validation vulnerability in Slideshow Gallery LITE 1.6.5

The Slideshow Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of security threat known as Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This security vulnerability exists in versions up to and including 1.6.5 and is caused by the plugin not properly sanitizing and escaping user input. An unauthenticated attacker can inject web scripts into a page which will then be executed if a user clicks on a malicious link.
