The Real-Time Find and Replace plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue called Cross-Site Scripting. This security issue affects versions of the plugin before 3.9 and it allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious web scripts into pages if they can trick a user into performing an action like clicking on a link. This is because the plugin does not properly sanitize and escape user input.
