The plugin called “List Child Pages Shortcode” for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 1.3.1. This is because it does not properly clean up or protect against harmful code being added to pages. This means that someone with login access to the website could add harmful code to a page that will run whenever someone visits that page.
