Input validation vulnerability in WP Mail 1.3

The WP Mail plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This can happen in versions 1.3 and below because the plugin does not properly clean up the input and output. This means that someone who is logged in and has contributor-level access or higher can add harmful code to a page that will run whenever someone views that page.
