Access violation vulnerability in Geo Controller 8.6.9

The Geo Controller plugin for WordPress has a security issue where unauthorized people can create or delete menus. This can happen because the plugin does not check for the right permissions when using certain functions. This vulnerability is present in all versions up to and including 8.6.9. This means that anyone with at least Subscriber-level access can manipulate menus on a WordPress site.
