Input validation vulnerability in Get URL Cron 1.4.7

The Get URL Cron plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to and including 1.4.7. This problem is caused by not having enough security or not having the right security on the geturlcron_action_handle function which is called when someone tries to do something. This makes it easier for people who are not allowed to do something, to change the settings of the plugin and create cron jobs if they can trick the site administrator into clicking on a link.
