Access violation vulnerability in Library Management System 3.1

The Library Management System plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to the data. This is because the owt7_library_management_ajax_handler() function in all versions up to and including 3.1 does not have a proper check for user capabilities. As a result, people with at least Subscriber-level access can access and change various settings and features of the plugin.
