Input validation vulnerability in Twitter Cards Meta – Best Twitter Card Plugin for WordPress 2.9.1

. The Twitter Cards Meta plugin is a plugin for WordPress, a web-publishing platform. It was discovered that versions up to and including 2.9.1 of the plugin are vulnerable to a type of cyber attack known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This type of attack allows someone with contributor level or higher permissions to inject malicious web scripts into web pages. These scripts will run whenever a user visits the injected page.
