Authentication vulnerability in Simple Payment 2.3.8

The Simple Payment plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.3.6 to 2.3.8. This means that it is not properly checking if a user is who they say they are before allowing them to log in using the create_user() function. As a result, people who are not logged in can access administrative accounts.
