QAEngine is a WordPress theme. In versions up to and including 1.4, there is a vulnerability which allows attackers who are already logged in to gain access to an administrative account. This is done by exploiting a file called ‘class-ae-users.php’ and an AJAX action called ‘ae-sync-user’.
