Input validation vulnerability in WP Pipes 1.4.1

The WP Pipes plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions 1.4.0 and below. This vulnerability means that unauthenticated attackers can change the plugin settings without authorization. They can do this by creating a malicious link that a site administrator would click on. The vulnerability is caused by a missing process that would have checked to make sure the request was legitimate.
