The User Rights Access Manager plugin for WordPress, if used in versions up to and including 1.0.7, could potentially be vulnerable to security breaches. This vulnerability allows attackers who have admin+ access to bypass restrictions that are put in place to disable certain web pages, thus giving them full access to the website.
