Access violation vulnerability in Traffic Monitor 3.2.2

The plugin on WordPress called Traffic Monitor has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to its data. This is because there is a function called tfcm_maybe_set_bot_flags() that does not have the proper check to verify permissions. This means that anyone without proper authorization can disable logging of bots.
