The plugin called “Sign HIPAA documents for WordPress” is not secure and can be easily attacked by hackers. This is because the plugin does not properly clean up any harmful code that is entered by users, making it possible for attackers with certain levels of access to add their own code to the plugin. This can cause the code to run whenever a user opens a page with the plugin.
