Input validation vulnerability in quote-posttype-plugin 1.2.2

A plugin called quote-posttype-plugin for WordPress has a security issue that could allow hackers to inject harmful code into pages. This can happen because the plugin does not properly filter or protect the information entered into the Author field. As a result, attackers with Contributor-level access or higher can add their own code to pages, which will run whenever someone visits that page.
