Input validation vulnerability in Comments Ratings 1.1.7

The Comments Ratings plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 1.1.7. This means that an attacker who is not logged in to the site may be able to use a special link to make the site administrator do something that the attacker wants them to do. This is because the plugin does not have the proper security measures in place to ensure that requests are genuine.
