Random Banner

The Random Banner WordPress plugin allows users to display image banners, SWF banners, and script ads randomly, with the ability to add individual links to image and SWF banners. Banners can be placed almost anywhere using shortcode or widget, and custom titles can be added for the banner in widget title. The plugin also allows banners to be categorized, shown as a slider in widget and shortcode, and added/disabled to each post. The free version has limitations compared to the pro version.
