The Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows attackers with ticket submitting-level access to delete any file on the site which can be used to gain control of the site. This vulnerability affects all versions up to 6.1.4 and is caused by inadequate security measures when deleting an attachment from a ticket.
