The Responsive Tabs with WooCommerce Product Tab Extension plugin for WordPress has a security issue which allows unauthenticated users to change settings they should not be able to change. This issue affects versions of the plugin up to 3.5.4. Unfortunately, the plugin does not have the proper checks in place to make sure only authorized users can make changes.
