Input validation vulnerability in Library Bookshelves 5.8

The Library Bookshelves plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This happens because the plugin uses a certain function without properly protecting the URL. As a result, attackers who are not logged in can insert harmful web code into pages. They can do this by tricking a user into clicking on a link.
