This is because it does not have a way to check if the user has the necessary capabilities when accessing the enjoyinstagram_plugin_options page. This vulnerability exists in all versions up to 6.2.2, which means that attackers who are logged in and have subscriber-level access or higher, can reset the plugin’s database.
