Input validation vulnerability in WP Meta SEO 4.5.13

The WP Meta SEO plugin, used for WordPress websites, has a security issue known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This means that versions up to 4.5.13 are at risk because the plugin does not properly filter and protect input and output. This vulnerability allows attackers who are logged in with contributor-level access or higher to add harmful code to web pages that will be executed when a user visits the page.
