Access violation vulnerability in Message Filter for Contact Form 7 1.6.3

The Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress has a flaw that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because the saveFilter() function does not have a capability check, which affects all versions up to and including 1.6.3. As a result, attackers who are logged in with Subscriber-level access or higher can create new filters.
