The Chained Quiz plugin for WordPress had a security issue that allowed people to do bad things on the website. This security issue was present in all versions of the plugin up to and including version 1.3.2.4. It allowed people to delete quizzes and copy quizzes without having to sign in. All someone had to do was trick a website administrator into clicking on a link.
