The Google Alert and Twitter Plugin plugin for WordPress has a security issue which makes it vulnerable to malicious attacks. Attackers can inject web scripts or run additional SQL queries into existing ones to extract sensitive information from the database. This vulnerability affects versions up to 3.1.5 and can be exploited by tricking users into performing an action like clicking on a link.
