Access violation vulnerability in JS Help Desk – The Ultimate Help Desk & Support Plugin 2.8.8

The JS Help Desk is a plugin for WordPress that helps with customer support. Unfortunately, it has a security issue in all versions up to 2.8.8 where a user can access ticket data for any user by using the ‘exportusereraserequest’ function. This means that someone with Subscriber-level permissions or higher can view sensitive information without authorization.
