The plugin called “Goodlayers Core” for WordPress has a security issue that can allow unauthorized users to gain access to the site’s administrative privileges. This affects all versions up to 2.1.7. This means that attackers who are logged in with Contributor-level access or higher can exploit this vulnerability.
