Access violation vulnerability in Database Reset 3.1

The WordPress plugin WP Database Reset had a vulnerability up until version 3.1. This vulnerability allowed users with only minimal permissions to access the administrator level of the plugin. This was possible with a simple request to wp-admin/admin.php?db-reset-tables[]=users. This request removed all other users from the table and granted the user full administrator access.
