Input validation vulnerability in VK Filter Search 2.3.1

The VK Filter Search plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue in all versions up to 2.3.1. A malicious user with contributor-level permissions or higher can inject web scripts into pages which will run when a user visits the page. This is due to the plugin not properly checking or preventing user supplied input.
