Input validation vulnerability in Transcoder 1.3.5

The Transcoder plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.3.5 and lower. This happens because the plugin does not properly check for a specific code to prevent unauthorized actions when using the disable_transcoding and enable_transcoding functions. As a result, someone without permission could trick a website administrator into unknowingly enabling or disabling transcoding by getting them to click on a link.
