The WP Zillow Review Slider WordPress plugin before version 2.4 had a security issue. It did not take steps to prevent a high privilege user (someone with access to certain important parts of the website) from performing a type of attack called Cross-Site Scripting. This attack could be done even if the website had settings in place to stop it
