Access violation vulnerability in Cookie banner plugin for WordPress – Cookiebot CMP by Usercentrics 4.4.1

The Cookie banner plugin for WordPress, called Cookiebot CMP by Usercentrics, has a security issue that could allow unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because the send_uninstall_survey() function does not have a check to make sure the attacker has the proper permissions. This vulnerability exists in all versions up to and including 4.4.1. As a result, someone with Subscriber-level access or higher could potentially submit an uninstall survey on behalf of the website.
