Input validation vulnerability in Custom Content by Country (by Shield Security) 3.1.2

The Custom Content by Country plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to 3.1.2. This means that someone who isn’t authorized to do so can take control of certain functions if they can get a site administrator to click on a link they provide. This is possible because the plugin doesn’t have the right kind of protection to stop the unauthorized access.
