The EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because a necessary check was not included in the alg_wc_eu_vat_exempt_vat_from_admin() function in all versions up to and including 2.12.12. This means that attackers without proper authentication can change the VAT status for any order.
