Input validation vulnerability in Web Directory Free 1.6.7

The Web Directory Free for WordPress is a plugin that is vulnerable to a type of attack called “SQL Injection”. This vulnerability exists in versions of the plugin up to and including 1.6.7, and it means that attackers who have contributor-level privileges (a certain level of access) can access sensitive information from the database. This is due to the plugin not escaping user-supplied parameters properly and not preparing existing SQL queries sufficiently.
