Input validation vulnerability in Brandfolder – Digital Asset Management Simplified. 5.0.19

The Brandfolder plugin for WordPress has a security issue where hackers can insert harmful code into the ‘id’ parameter. This can happen in versions 5.0.19 and below because the plugin does not properly clean and protect the input and output. This means that attackers who have Contributor-level access or higher can add code that will run whenever someone visits a page with the injected code.
