Access violation vulnerability in Hercules Core 6.5

The Hercules Core plugin for WordPress has a problem that allows people who are not authorized to change things to do so anyway. This issue affects all versions of the plugin up to and including version 6.5. This means that people who are logged in and have at least Subscriber-level access can change the plugin’s settings and look at them without permission.
