The Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to and including version 5.0.110. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to start the database optimization process by tricking a site administrator into clicking on a link or performing a similar action. This is possible because the plugin does not have proper security measures in place to validate the request.
