Input validation vulnerability in Events Manager 5.9.7.3

The Events Manager WordPress plugin before version 5.9.8 had a security issue that allowed hackers to manipulate data in the plugin’s database. This was done by entering a malicious code into a parameter that the plugin did not check before using it in a SQL statement. This could have allowed hackers to gain access to data they should not have access to.
