Input validation vulnerability in Ally – Web Accessibility & Usability 3.8.0

The Ally plugin for WordPress, which helps with making websites accessible and user-friendly, has a security vulnerability in all versions up to 3.8.0. This is because the plugin does not properly check for a security code when enabling the ability to upload unfiltered files. This means that someone who is not logged in and does not have permission to upload files could trick a site administrator into unknowingly allowing them to upload files, including potentially harmful svg files.
