A popular plugin for WordPress called “Prime Slider – Addons For Elementor” has a security issue that could potentially allow hackers to inject harmful scripts into web pages. This can happen when someone with Contributor-level access or higher uses the ‘blog’ widget and enters malicious code in the ‘social_link_title’ field. This can affect all versions of the plugin up to and including 3.16.5.
