A popular plugin for WordPress called Newsletters has a security issue. This issue, called SQL Injection, affects versions up to 4.9.9.7. Basically, the plugin didn’t properly protect against certain types of attacks, making it possible for hackers with high-level access to the site to get sensitive information from the database.
