Input validation vulnerability in Social Sharing Plugin – Sassy Social Share 3.3.75

The Sassy Social Share plugin for WordPress, known as the Social Sharing Plugin, has a security vulnerability. This vulnerability, present in all versions up to 3.3.75, allows unauthenticated attackers to inject harmful web scripts if they can trick a user into clicking on a link. It is caused by insufficient protection against malicious input and output, specifically through the heateor_mastodon_share parameter.
