Input validation vulnerability in Titan Anti-spam & Security 4.2

The Titan Anti-spam & Security plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 4.1 and below. Attackers can use this issue to add malicious scripts to a website, which can then be executed in other user’s browsers. This is possible because the plugin does not properly check and filter the input and output of two parameters, called `antspm-q` and `antspm-e-email-url-website`.
