Access violation vulnerability in Better Find and Replace 1.6.7

The Better Find and Replace plugin for WordPress has a security issue that can allow unauthorized users to gain higher levels of access. This is because the plugin does not check for certain capabilities in its code, specifically in the db_string_replace() function.
